Oatmeal Casserole Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 large cans peaches drained
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 12 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 13 c flour
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp baking soda
  • 1 13 c oats
  • 12 c melted margarine
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 23 c brown sugar

Directions

  1. Dot peaches with 2 tablespoons butter
  2. Sprinkle lemon juice and cinnamon over peaches
  3. Sift flour salt and baking soda together and mix oats into mixture
  4. Add brown sugar to margarine Place peaches in bottom of 9 x 12-inch Pyrex baking dish Combine flour-oats and margarine-sugar mixtures and spread over peaches
  5. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
