Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 14 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 c butter softened
  • 14 c sugar
  • 34 c brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1 pkg Jell-O instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 12 c quick cooking oats

Directions

  1. Mix flour with baking soda and set aside
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine butter sugars and pudding mix beat until smooth and creamy
  3. Beat in eggs
  4. Gradually add flour mixture to creamy mixture
  5. Stir in oats
  6. Batter will be stiff
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoonful about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes
  8. Yields about 5 dozen cookies
