Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 14 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 c butter softened
- 14 c sugar
- 34 c brown sugar firmly packed
- 1 pkg Jell-O instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 2 eggs
- 3 12 c quick cooking oats
Directions
- Mix flour with baking soda and set aside
- In a large mixing bowl combine butter sugars and pudding mix beat until smooth and creamy
- Beat in eggs
- Gradually add flour mixture to creamy mixture
- Stir in oats
- Batter will be stiff
- Drop by rounded teaspoonful about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes
- Yields about 5 dozen cookies
