Oatmeal Cookies Icing Recipe

Ingredients

• 5 Tbsp flour
• 1 c milk
• 1 c butter
• 1 c sugar
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Put flour in saucepan
2. Add a little milk to make smooth mixture
3. Add remaining milk and cook until thickened
4. Cool in small bowl
5. Cream rest of ingredients until fluffy slowly add other mixture
