Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 14 c sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c quick-cooking oats
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c milk
- 3 tsp Crisco oil
Directions
- Sift flour with sugar baking powder and salt
- Add oats Pour in egg milk and oil stir just enough to moisten
- Fill greased muffin pans 23 full
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes Yield
- 12 muffins
