Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 14 c oats
- 2 c skim milk
- 1 egg
- 12 c whole-wheat flour
- 12 c toasted wheat germ
- 12 c all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp baking soda
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Combine oats and milk let stand 10 minutes
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Cook on nonstick pan 12 cup per pancake Two pancakes 179 calories 4 grams fat
