Oatmeal Pecan Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c all-purpose flour
• 1 c quick cooking oats
• 1 c packed light brown sugar
• 12 c pecans chopped
• 1 12 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 13 c packed light brown sugar
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 14 c margarine melted and cooled
• 12 c pecans chopped

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan
3. Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl
4. Whisk eggs and buttermilk together
5. Add to dry ingredients with melted margarine and stir until blended
6. Pour into pan
