Oatmeal Raisin Bread

Ingredients

• 1 12 c boiling water
• 1 12 c uncooked oats
• 14 c dark molasses
• 13 c shortening
• 14 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp salt
• 1 c raisins
• 2 pkg active dry yeast
• 12 c warm water
• 2 eggs
• 4 12 c all-purpose flour

Directions

1. Pour boiling water over raisins oats shortening molasses sugar and salt in a large bowl
2. Stir until shortening is melted Cool to warm
