Oatmeal Raisin Spice Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Pillsbury moist applesauce spice cake mix
• 23 c shortening
• 2 eggs
• 12 c water
• 2 c Quick cooking rolled oats
• 1 c raisins

Directions

1. Combine cake mix shortening eggs and water in a large bowl blend
2. thoroughly
3. Stir
4. in oats and raisins
5. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls
6. onto
7. ungreased
8. cookie sheet
9. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes
