Oatmeal Raspberry Bar Cookies

Ingredients
- 12 c room-temperature butter
- 12 c light brown sugar
- 1 c flour
- 14 tsp baking soda
- 18 tsp salt
- 1 c rolled oats
- 34 c fruit only seedless raspberry jam
Directions
- Heat the oven to 350
- Butter an 8-inch square pan
- Line it with aluminum foil and then butter the foil
- Mix all the ingredients together except the jam
- Press 2 cups of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan
- Spread the jam to within 14-inch of the edge
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the top and lightly press it into the jam
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes and allow to cool on a wire rack before cutting
- Makes 24 2 x 1 12-inch bars
