Oatmeal Refrigerator Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c shortening
- 1 c white sugar
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 c quick oats
- 1 tsp vanilla
- nuts or raisins optional
Directions
- Make in rolls or pat down in ice cube trays lined with waxed paper
- Keep in refrigerator overnight
- Slice thin and bake at 400 for 10 minutes
