Oatmeal Scotchies
Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c butter
- 34 c white sugar
- 34 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 c rolled oats
- 12 oz pkg butterscotch morsels
Directions
- In a large bowl combine butter sugars eggs and vanilla Beat until light and fluffy
- Gradually add flour mixture
- Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels
- Drop by level measuring tablespoons onto ungreased sheets
- Bake at 375 for 7 to 8 minutes for chewy or 9 to 10 minutes for crispy cookies
