Oatmeal Spice Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c brown sugar
• 1 c shortening
• 2 eggs
• 12 c milk
• 2 c rolled oats
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground cloves
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 2 c flour
• 1 c raisins
• 12 c nuts

Directions

1. Cream sugar and shortening
2. Add eggs and milk
3. Add rolled oats
4. Separately mix all dry ingredients
5. Add all together Afterwards add nuts and raisins
6. Do not grease cookie sheets Set oven at 375
7. Drop onto cookie sheet and keep in oven about 10 minutes
8. Watch carefully
