Oatmeal Yeast Bread

Ingredients
- 2 c boiling water
- 1 c rolled oats
- 23 c molasses
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 yeast cakes
- 12 c warm water
- 5 12 to 6 c flour
Directions
- Add oats molasses salt and oil to boiling water
- Let cool Dissolve yeast cakes
- in
- water
- Add to first mixture Mix in flour sifted
- Let
- rise
- in greased bowl until double in size Shape into loaves or
- rolls
- Let
- rise 1 hour
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Makes 2 loaves or 2 dozen rolls
