Oats N Pumpkin Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 1 12 c sugar divided
- 12 c 1 stick margarine softened
- 2 egg whites
- 1 12 c all-purpose flour
- 1 c Quaker oats Quick or old-fashioned uncooked
- 14 tsp baking soda
- 1 c Libbys solid pack pumpkin
- 12 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 14 c sesame seed
Directions
- Beat 1 cup sugar and margarine until fluffy
- Mix in egg whites
- Stir in combined flour oats and baking soda
- On wax paper press into 16 x 12-inch rectangle
- Spread combined pumpkin 12 cup sugar and spice over dough to 12 inch from edge From narrow end roll up dough
- Sprinkle sesame seed around roll pressing gently
- Wrap in wax paper freeze overnight or until firm
