Ogede ParantaBaked Banana African

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp warm water
  • lemon or lime juice

Directions

  1. Peel banana and cut in half lengthwise
  2. Lay banana halves in baking dish and squeeze lemon or lime juice over them
  3. Make a syrup with the sugar and warm water
  4. Boil for 5 to 10 minutes Pour over banana
  5. Bake at 325 until soft and slightly brown on top
