Ohelo Jam

Ingredients
- 4 12 c ohelo berries
- 4 12 to 5 c sugar
- few slices of lemon rind
- 1 Tbsp water
- juice of 1 lemon
- 12 pkg Certo
Directions
- Boil the berries with the 1 tablespoon water until the berries break
- Combine the other ingredients and bring to a boil stirring often until the sauce thickens
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal with paraffin
