Oil-Free Granola

Ingredients
- 4 c rolled oats
- 1 c rye or wheat flakes
- 12 c favorite nuts or seeds
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 13 to 12 c warmed honey
- 1 c raisins or less or more as desired add after cooking
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300
- In a large bowl combine oats wheat flakes nuts and salt
- Warm the honey and vanilla mix with oats Spread thin on cookie sheet
- Cook 20 to 25 minutes
- Stir every 5 minutes to prevent burning
- Yields 6 cups
