OkieS Pot Pie

Ingredients

• 2 c flour unsifted
• 3 Tbsp shortening
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 small egg
• 14 to 12 c milk

Directions

1. Beat egg in 14 cup milk
2. Melt shortening and add to egg mixture
3. Add flour and salt add more milk if needed
4. Roll dough thin
5. Boil in ham or beef broth
