Okra And Eggplant Stew

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp oil
• 20 okra
• 1 eggplant
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 1 large onion
• 1 can fish or cooked meat
• 18 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper
• 1 c water

Directions

1. Wash the okra and eggplant
2. Cut into small pieces and boil until tender
