Old-Fashion Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
- 2 c. berries
- 2 c. sugar, separated
- 1/3 c. softened margarine
- 2 c. flour (self-rising)
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. boiling water
Directions
- Cream 1 cup sugar and margarine together.
- Add flour and milk. Mix with mixer.
- Spoon mixture gently into 12 x 10-inch greased baking dish.
- Add berries on top of crust mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining cup of sugar over berries.
- Add the boiling water and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until well browned.
