Old-Fashion Egg Custard
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 12 c sugar
- 3 8 oz cans Ensure
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 pie shells
- nutmeg
Directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients well pour into pie shells and bake at 350 until you can cut with a knife and it will come out clean Sprinkle top with nutmeg while pies are hot
