Old-Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 12 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 c margarine
• 1 c peanut butter creamy or chunky
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix first 4 ingredients set aside
2. Beat margarine and peanut butter until smooth
3. Beat in sugars until blended then eggs and vanilla
4. Add flour mixture
5. Shape into 1-inch balls
6. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets
7. Flatten slightly with fork
8. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
9. Makes 6 dozen
