Old-Time Tea Cakes

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 12 c margarine
- 12 c molasses
- 12 c sugar
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 2 12 c flour
Directions
- Break eggs into mixing bowl
- Add margarine molasses sugar nutmeg and baking soda
- Cream thoroughly
- Work in flour Transfer dough to a well floured board and knead until it is pliable
- Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter
- Bake at 400 until light brown
- Yields 3 dozen tea cakes
