Old Fashion Cottage Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 2 lb dry cottage cheese put through sieve or processor
• 1 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c sweet cream

Directions

1. Mix cheese sugar eggs salt vanilla and flour
2. Add cream Mix thoroughly
3. Pour in pan lined with graham cracker crust Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
