Old Fashioned Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c chopped nuts
• 4 c diced apples
• 2 c white sugar
• 2 c flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 12 c oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients
2. Stir until mixed well
3. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan
4. Bake 1 hour at 325
