Old Fashioned Chocolate Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 c milk
- 4 c coarse bread crumbs
- 14 c butter melted
- 12 c sugar
- 23 c cocoa
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Heat milk to scalding
- Pour over bread crumbs
- Cool and add remaining ingredients
- Mix and pour into buttered casserole dish Bake at 325 until knife inserted comes out clean
- Serve warm
