Old Fashioned Health Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 2 c whole wheat flour
- 34 c shortening margarine
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 12 c milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 c raisins
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c molasses
- 1 egg
Directions
- Beat together shortening and sugar
- Add egg Add dry ingredients milk and molasses
- Mix well and add raisins
- Drop batter into muffin pans that have been sprayed with Pam
- Bake at 400 for 18 to 20 minutes
