Old Fashioned Popovers

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 12 c flour
• 12 c milk
• pinch of salt
• pinch of nutmeg
• butter

Directions

1. Turn oven on to 450
2. Grease a 6-cup muffin tin with butter that is at room temperature
3. Grease even if using a nonstick pan
