Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups butter - No substitute
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 12 cups flour

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar Add eggs vanilla baking soda cream of tartar and salt
2. Mix well
3. Slowly add flour Mix and chill Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheet
4. Flatten and sprinkle with sugar Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes
5. Cool in pan 2 minutes then place on wire rack
6. Can be decorated
