Old Witch Magic Nut Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 lb can pumpkin
- 34 c vegetable oil
- 12 c water
- 2 12 c flour
- 2 14 c sugar
- 1 12 tsp baking soda
- 1 14 tsp salt
- 34 tsp nutmeg
- 34 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c yellow raisins
- 12 c chopped walnuts
Directions
- Beat together eggs pumpkin oil and water
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes in three buttered 1 pound coffee cans
- Cool and frost
