Olive Balls
Ingredients
- 14 lb Cheddar cheese
- 14 c soft butter
- 14 tsp paprika
- 34 c flour
- 36 to 40 olives
Directions
- Grate cheese and let soften
- Blend in butter and paprika Work in flour until smooth and deep yellow color
- Let stand for 15 minutes
- Pinch 1 teaspoonful off roll in palm and flatten Place around a well drained olive
- Chill for 10 minutes or freeze
- Heat at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes 30 if frozen
