Olive Cheese BallMakes 3 Cups

Ingredients
- 12 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 oz Blue cheese crumbled
- 14 c soft butter or oleo
- 23 c drained chopped black olives
- 1 Tbsp minced chives
- 1 c chopped walnuts or toasted diced almonds
Directions
- Blend cheese and butter or oleo
- Stir in olives and chives Chill slightly for easier shaping
- Form into ball on serving dish after rolling in or patting on chopped nuts
- May be trimmed with parsley
- Serve with crackers
