OliviaS Strawberry Salad

Ingredients

• 2 3 oz pkg sugar-free strawberry gelatin
• 1 12 c boiling water
• 2 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries
• 1 20 oz can unsweetened crushed pineapple
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 8 oz pkg light cream cheese
• 12 c light sour cream

Directions

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
2. Add strawberries pineapple with juice and salt
3. Pour half gelatin mixture into a 9 x 9-inch pan
4. Chill until set
