Olvera Street Chili QuicheMicrowave

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 c half and half or milk
• 12 tsp ground cumin
• 14 tsp salt
• 14 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1 4 oz can diced green chilies drained
• 12 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Microwave pastry in a micro-safe pie plate quiche dish for 4 to 5 minutes at High power until crust is almost dry
2. Turn pie plate once if oven is not a rotating one
