Omaha Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hashbrowns
- 1 c melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 12 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt sour cream
- 2 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c crushed cornflakes mixed with 14 c melted butter
Directions
- Defrost potatoes
- Combine all ingredients except cornflakes Put them on top
- Bake at 275 for 60 minutes uncovered in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
