One-Skillet Breakfast

Ingredients
- 3 strips bacon
- 2 c frozen hash browns
- 4 eggs
- 14 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp chopped chives
- 2 oz grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Chop
- bacon
- into small pieces and fry in skillet until almost crisp
- drain excess grease
- Add hash browns
- reduce heat
- to medium-low
- Continue cooking until browned turning frequently with spatula
