One-Step Microwave Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
- 12 c water
- 14 c dry red wine
- 8 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 2 c cottage cheese
- 3 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Crumble beef into a microwave safe colander place colander in a 9-inch pie plate
- Cover with wax paper microwave at High 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink stirring after 3 minutes
- Combine beef sauce water and wine
- Spread 13 of mixture in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish
- Arrange 4 lasagna noodles on sauce
- Layer 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese over noodles
- Spoon 12 of remaining sauce over cheese
- Repeat process again
- Sprinkle with Parmesan
- Cover with plastic wrap folding back one corner for steam to escape Microwave at Medium 32 to 35 minutes give dish half-turn after 15 minutes
- Uncover and sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese and microwave for 2 minutes
- Yields 6 large servings
