One-Step Salmon Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 1 6 12 oz can boneless skinless pink salmon
  • 1 10 34 oz can condensed cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 c skim milk
  • 1 c frozen broccoli
  • finely shredded lemon peel
  • 2 12 oz medium noodles 2 c
  • 12 c shredded Mozzarella cheese 2 oz

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Meanwhile chop celery
  3. Drain salmon Break into large chunks
  4. In a 1 12-quart casserole combine celery condensed soup milk frozen broccoli lemon peel and 14 teaspoon pepper
  5. Add salmon and uncooked noodles then toss lightly until well mixed
  6. Bake covered in a 350 oven about 50 minutes or until noodles are tender stirring once after 25 minutes of cooking
  7. Sprinkle salmon-noodle mixture with cheese
  8. Bake uncovered about 5 minutes more until cheese is melted
  9. Makes 4 servings
