One Crust Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 12 tspsalt
- 13 c shortening
- 2 Tbsp ice water
Directions
- Mix together the flour and salt
- Cut in with pastry blend the shortening
- Sprinkle with ice water
- Gather dough together and press firmly into a ball
- Roll out into a circle larger than the pan all around
