One Hour Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 c self-rising flour
- 14 c shortening to grease pan
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 pkg yeast
- 14 c warm water
- 34 c buttermilk
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water
- Add buttermilk
- Add dry ingredients and knead 5 minutes
- Roll 14-inch
- Cut and place on greased pan
- Let rise 1 hour
- Bake at 425 for 10 to 15 minutes
