One Of A Kind Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 slice bread crumbled
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 c milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well
- Mold into loaf pan
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Serves 4 hungry people
