Onion-Beef SoupMicrowave
Ingredients
- 3 medium onions thinly sliced
- 14 c butter
- 4 c beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 tsp paprika
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Directions
- Combine onions and butter in 3-quart microproof casserole Cover
- Cook on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until onions are transparent stirring once during cooking time
- Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese
- Cook on High for 10 to 11 minutes or until hot
- Serve in bowls with cheese sprinkled on top
