Onion-Beef SoupMicrowave

Ingredients

• 3 medium onions thinly sliced
• 14 c butter
• 4 c beef broth
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 12 tsp paprika
• grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soy sauce

Directions

1. Combine onions and butter in 3-quart microproof casserole Cover
2. Cook on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until onions are transparent stirring once during cooking time
3. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese
4. Cook on High for 10 to 11 minutes or until hot
5. Serve in bowls with cheese sprinkled on top
