Onion Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine 12 c melted
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers crushed
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 34 c milk
- 6 to 8 large onions sliced
- 4 to 6 oz grated sharp cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex with crushed saltine crackers Place a layer of onions over crackers
- Sprinkle with a layer of grated cheese
- Repeat until onions and cheese are used
