Onion Dip For Veggies Or Chips And Pretzels

Ingredients
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 14 c water
- 1 large 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
- 14 c onion chopped
Directions
- Boil bouillon cubes with water
- Using an electric mixer add cream cheese and onion
- Should make a day ahead and refrigerate Warm to almost room temperature before serving
- Stir well and thin with a little milk if needed
