Onion Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
• 2 lb white potatoes cut into large chunks
• 13 c olive or vegetable oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450
2. In plastic bag or bowl add all ingredients
3. Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are coated
4. Empty potatoes into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan discard bag
5. Bake stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender
6. Makes about 8 servings
