Onion Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 envelope onion recipe soup mix
- 2 lb potatoes cut into large chunks
- 14 c olive or regular oil
- parsley flakes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450
- In a large plastic bag mix all ingredients except parsley
- Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated
- Empty potatoes in shallow pan
- Bake stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown
- Garnish with parsley
- Makes 8 servings
