Onion Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 2 lb white potatoes cut into large chunks
- 13 c olive or vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450
- In plastic bag or bowl add all ingredients
- Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are coated
- Empty potatoes into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan discard bag
- Bake stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender
- Makes about 8 servings
