Onion Snack Squares
Ingredients
- 2 pie shells
- 2 cans French fried onions
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 12 c milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 12 tsp pepper
Directions
- Stretch pie shells to cover bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch baking pan
- Crush onions with rolling pin
- Sprinkle over shell save some for top
- Sprinkle cheese over onions
- Beat eggs milk salt seasoned salt and pepper together
- Pour over onions and cheese
- Sprinkle with reserved onions and cheese
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes
- May be baked at 350 for 25 minutes
- Remove from oven
- Cut into squares
- Makes 36 to 40 squares
