Onion Soup

Ingredients
- 1 c finely sliced onion
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 cans beef consomme
- 2 cans water
- 2 Tbsp horseradish
- 1 tsp mustard
- Parmesan cheese
- toast
Directions
- Cook onion in butter until soft and yellow
- Add the consomme water horseradish and mustard
- Simmer 20 minutes
- Serve with a thick slice of toast on top
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
