Open Face Tuna Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 4 slices buttered toast
- 1 can tuna
- onion chopped or sliced
- 3 hard-boiled eggs sliced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 13 c milk
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
- Layer first 4 ingredients in order tuna on toast with the onion over tuna and the eggs over onion
- Mix the soup milk parsley and lemon juice together
- Pour over sandwiches and broil 5 to 10 minutes
- Makes 4 sandwiches
