Open Face Tuna Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 slices buttered toast
  • 1 can tuna
  • onion chopped or sliced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs sliced
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 13 c milk
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Layer first 4 ingredients in order tuna on toast with the onion over tuna and the eggs over onion
  2. Mix the soup milk parsley and lemon juice together
  3. Pour over sandwiches and broil 5 to 10 minutes
  4. Makes 4 sandwiches
