Opera Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 can French green beans drained
- 12 c slivered almonds
- 1 chicken boned
- 1 large can water chestnuts drained and sliced
- 1 large can mushrooms drained
- 2 c mushroom soup
- 1 c milk
- 14 c melted butter
- 12 c hot water
Directions
- Sprinkle half of stuffing over bottom of 10 x 13-inch casserole
- Layer rest in order given
- Blend soup and milk pour over top
- Moisten remaining stuffing with melted butter and water put on top
- Bake at 400 for 40 minutes or until hot
