Orange-Carrot Cookies

Ingredients

• 34 c shortening
• 34 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 c baby food carrots
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cream the shortening and sugar
3. Add egg
4. Mix well
5. Add carrots and vanilla
6. Add dry ingredients mix well
7. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes
8. Cool then frost
